Keep it comfy! Flowers hate extreme weather - too hot, too cold, too breezy, and they’ll throw in the towel. Keep them away from drafts, heaters, and sunny windows.

Water = Life! Get those wrapped bouquets in water ASAP.

Food for thought! Most flowers don’t need extra nutrients, but if you’re using flower food, read the instructions first. Some blooms are picky eaters!

Out with the old! Pluck out any wilted or lifeless flowers.

Scrub-a-dub-dub! After recusing the good blooms, give the vase a deep clean with soapy water. Bacteria love a dirty vase. Be sure to rinse thoroughly too!

Snip smart! Use sharp scissors or a knife to trim stems at a slight angle, about one to two inches up. This helps them drink water like champs.
